‘Very strange’ - Wolves goalkeeper calls for referee consistency in set piece battles

Wolves’ Jose Sa has called for more consistency from referees after complaining at his treatment from set pieces against Birmingham City.

The goalkeeper was consistently blocked at corners and often went down looking for a free-kick, which was rarely awarded by the officials in the 2-2 draw.

Sa has now bemoaned the inconsistency in applying the rules and wants more clear guidance from officials.
