Not signing players you need because you cant is one thing, many clubs are in that situation. But choosing not to is unforgivable and Wolves do it season after season.
I feel very let down by this transfer window. If the club had changed it's plans since the fan's forum that's fair enough, but not communicating this to the fan base is pretty shoddy.
I think when you reflect on it, the lack of incomings was seemingly more driven by the lack of outgoings rather than the other way around. Sa, Santi, Krejci all still at the club on big wages which I dont think anyone expected all 3 would be there at the end of the window
Thanks lads, great effort, i am sure you were both pretty knackered at the end of that! I think the wages issue (both players out and in) is often overlooked. On that note, a short SCR update Post window would be appreciated. Cheers
Would’ve been nice to have another winger but I think keeping players like Bellegarde and Krejci who are far superior to anyone we could’ve signed will stand us in good stead
“B” is generous boys in my opinion. Overall though the window is far from a disaster, we all know the trouble is that from what we were told by “mini” Shi & Jackson now feels like another massive let down… Almost as if we’ve been lied to again by Fosun, for the umpteenth time under their stewardship. Whether this team that has very fragile confidence can show some balls and really battle in this division remains to be seen. Verdicts out for me right now.

Very underwhelmed 😏 but thank you both for your hard work in keeping us up to date 🫶🫶
Underwhelming deadline day and a 4-2 defeat to our ‘promotion rivals’ but I tell you what - I’ve absolutely loved the Inside Wolves coverage.
