Turkish clubs have done plenty of business this summer and they still have a short amount of time to make more deals, as they window shuts on September 4.
Clubs in Mexico and Brazil have until September 11, while Portuguese sides have even longer as their transfer window does not close until September 15.
The big spending Saudi Arabian clubs could make life difficult for European clubs as they can still sign players until October 12.
Free agents - providing they were already without a club before the English transfer window closed - would be free to join Wolves and any other Championship club at any time.
But it is understood Wolves are unlikely to do any business there.
