Cesar Peixoto has urged the Wolves fans to get behind his team at Molineux, but says he understands their frustrations.
Supporters have long been critical of the club and team - and understandably so - after years of decline that eventually resulted in relegation to the Championship.
Wolves remain four points away from automatic promotion, but have picked up just one point in their last two home games against Bolton and Portsmouth, leading to criticism from different sections of the fan base.
Peixoto admits he understands the frustration and expectation on Wolves to win every game, but insists the team needs the fans at Molineux to help get them over the line in games.
The head coach gave a long answer when quizzed about the atmosphere at Molineux, but was keen to stress that he is not aiming criticism at fans, but instead highlighting their importance in getting results.
He said: “I understand everything. I think everything is normal. It is normal when the team doesn’t win, the supporters stay angry, they stay frustrated.
