Can’t quite believe I’m saying this but Marshall Munetsi could the answer here. Offers more than Armstrong physically, runs his backside off and usually finds himself in goal scoring positions.

I know there’s a lot left to the season, but recent form and mounting injuries makes me start thinking about the impact (financially) of not bouncing straight back to the PL… Fosun won’t meaningfully invest and without parachute payments plus revenues declining, could we be at the beginning of a free fall? Or am I just overreacting to a terrible week on and off the pitch?!

Great post I understand your frustration and disappointment. Your concerns about Fosun are very valid. Wolves issues stem from being unable to refresh the squad to a significant extent because other clubs would not match the wages even with relegation reductions of the players. This is legacy that Shi Hobbs Teti VP left the club. Therefore Wolves were in a very tight financial situation.

From my lifelong fan’s viewpoint the team objective has to be the accumulation of points over the next two games and each game after. How they achieve that is irrelevant. Maybe go 343 or 352 4511 or whatever.

Hopefully injured players will return, players form will

improve and we will be there or thereabouts about on January 1.

My belief, based on nothing but pure optimism is that Fosun will then support the club and Wolves can move 3/4 out and bring 3/4 in. Just to finish I fully accept my viewpoint and optimism are to great extent not worth a great deal.

can't make it up can you. What a coincidence. I'd play Krecji alongside Nieve, he's good in the air and technical with a good touch.

Uh oh...

May I ask if Mr Shi is available please - either of you will do because it makes no real difference. I think we all need to sit down and have a chat.

Let's start at the beginning....

OED states: Foteballe or cokthresshyng (15th century) is a game played between two teams and involving kicking or in some cases handling a ball.

The keyword here Jeff/Nathan/whoever, is the word team - you just simply can't sell players, buy none and still play a team game. This really is Football for novices - 101 chaps. As a championship manager aficionado, I thought you for one would know this Jeff.

At least we can all wait patiently until January when they are both fit to return and Fosun can explain again why despite all the hard work we didn't make any signings but it's ok because we got to save money in the transfer market and we'll probably be fine anyway...

Lack of a credible transfer strategy eventually comes home to roost. It’s just come quicker than most imagined. Great opportunity for Neave though, let’s hope he takes it.

Oh Fosun your penny pinching transfer window is really biting us on the arse now isn’t it!

Seriously this club is getting very hard to support right now with these clowns 🤡 in charge😡

Step up Shaun Neave now your chance to make a name for yourself….

Good news about Armstrong. He’s woefully bad. Sell him off
